REQUIRED TERMS FOR FRANCHISEES
  • A business entity with contract performance ability.
  • Must possess respect for work, treat people with sincerity, have an outstanding business reputation, and maintain excellent business ethics.
  • Must embrace a corporate chain business model and suitable marketing and management concepts, and corporate culture.
  • Must be dedicated to branded chain operation, familiar with geographical locations and commercial streets within the agent territory, and provide market survey information concerning the potential agent territory.
  • Must have excellent economic ability and a certain level of management capabilities; must be willing to devote its efforts to participation in brand market promotion, and be able to cooperate closely.
